Some folks regularly drive into the city, and I am one of them. The City I refer to is NYC, but I think that probably this is more human nature than geography to blame here. With few exceptions, on the days that I am stuck in the worst
Now, I don’t want to point an accusing finger at anyone, but this is the case too often to be coincidence. I think that probably none of these fine civil workers have driven in
If this phenomenon is made worse by the City, then the City should add into their mix the cost of the unnecessary pollution that their imposed traffic costs, let alone wasting funds on some negative labor force that only impedes the flow of the motorist. Of course then there is the waste of fuel and the increased need for oil, etc..
How about a break?
