So, who hasn’t found themselves stuck on line at a toll both?!  And along comes some bozo that figures they’re so important that it’s okay to cut over the painted triangle that divides road and exit, cutting off everone that has been waiting online. 

Here I was waiting like everyone else on the line,  and suddenly Osifer in an unmarked car turned on on his twinklers and asserted his manhood and did just that.   And oh yea,  he was on an emergency…
